INFO ON WORLD'S TRACK & CONDITIONS.

We have received an E-mail from Paul. It relates mostly to him and his buggy, but contains information about the World's track and conditions. We're paraphrasing here, "Greg and I spent Thursday working on/running our buggies. At the end of the day he was pretty happy with his, but every change I made seemed to go in the wrong direction. Near the end of the day I broke my T-plate.

"I had gone back to the old xxx transmission and a xx-CR rear suspension, and didn't have a spare T-plate, so I put the BK2 rear end back on. I had develooped a pretty stable set-up for this at DirtBurners -- it wasn't super-fast but it was very stable and had decent steering -- and on my last pack it worked pretty well here in Italy. The track here is very rough and slippery -- it makes Pheasant Run look nice. (ed. note: Pheasant Run is an outdoor track near Detroit which is quite sandy and therefore breaks up and is rough.)

"Today (Friday) we're running our 4-wheelers. I'm about to throw in my first pack; Greg is finishing the re-build on his after breaking the chassis at Hot Rod in the Babcock Race.

"I'll (hopefully) send more E-mails tonight."
