We have addressed the last problem in the X - 5 driveline with the new idler pulley. This pulley is the same as the new pulley for the xxx-4 G+, using two flanged bearings instead of one to allow the pulley to run freer and truer. The new parts, now included with every kit, include the pulley, two flanged baerings, a new spacer, and a longer screw.

The new pulley goes on the idler bar in the same spot as the old one, and belt tension is set the same way. The Team has been running them for several months, and they do free up the driveline.

You do not need to do anything to get the new pulley when you order your X - 5 Conversion Kit -- all kits now have the new assembly.
